Tom Norquist is Professor of Practice in Industrial Design in the Auburn University School of Industrial and Graphic Design and Senior Vice President at PlayCore. In 2019, Norquist was appointed Professor of Practice—the college’s first named Professor of Practice—and awarded CADC’s Distinguished Service Award. At PlayCore, a wellness-based company that designs structures for recreation and play, he is a member of the company’s Strategic Services team and is the leader of GameTime’s Custom Play Division. Norquist has over 35 years of professional experience in development, design and marketing in the commercial play and recreation industry.
