SIGD Celebrates 80 Years with Alumni Showcase
Join the School of Industrial and Graphic Design (SIGD) to celebrate its 80th anniversary with an alumni showcase in November 2025.
“Commemorating the 80th anniversary of Auburn University’s School of Industrial and Graphic Design is a momentous milestone—not just a marker of time, but a profound celebration of identity, legacy and forward momentum,” said Wei Wang, School Head and Graphic Design Professor.
The School will mark eight decades of excellence and innovation in design education with the SIGD 80th Anniversary Celebration + Alumni Design Show Reception on Friday, Nov. 7 from 1 to 6 p.m. in Auburn’s Melton Student Center Ballroom.
Previewed at the Day of Design in September, the November showcase will feature over 80 submissions from SIGD alumni and the school’s new visual identity designed by Will Dove ‘11.
“An alumni design show will showcase the excellent accomplishments of our alumni, inspire the next generation of Auburn design students and provide the opportunity for everyone in the SIGD community to connect and celebrate together,” Wang said.
