Eric Wetzel is an Associate Professor in the Auburn University McWhorter School of Building Science. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses such as Estimating, Advanced Research Methods II, Information and Communication Technology for Construction II, Scheduling and Field Operations and more.
Wetzel serves as the director of the Construction Automation, Robotics & Visualization Laboratory, or CARV Lab, which aims to develop solutions to many of the most difficult problems in construction, and is also the primary handler for “Mac,” BSCI’s four-legged robotic dog designed for data collection, exploration and construction site documentation.
