The Dudley Hall Exterior Renovation Project

The Dudley Hall Exterior Renovation project is a complete re-cladding of the original 1974 building included extensive damp proofing of the building envelope, all new veneer brick, metal panels, and a curtain wall on the North facade facing the courtyard. The re-cladding project provides not only an opportunity to repair the failing masonry but insulate the cavity wall and install high-performance glazing. The renovation project will be phased and the building will remain fully occupied for the duration of the project. Construction is scheduled to begin after September 2, 2014 and last for fourteen months.
