Mike Hosey is Senior Lecturer Emeritus in the Auburn University McWhorter School of Building Science.

A construction professional with more than 40 years of industry experience, Hosey was instrumental in shaping the school’s Service Learning program—now a graduation requirement for all Building Science students. Through the Robins & Morton Construction Field Lab, he guided students in completing dozens of community projects for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Kreher Forest Preserve and Exodus Ranch, while also managing the completion and dedication of the Field Lab in 2020.
