Laurel Holloway is a Research Architect for Auburn University Rural Studio’s Front Porch Initiative in the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture. A 2022 graduate of Auburn University, she was student as a third year on the Ophelia’s Home team and returned in her fifth year to work on the Rural Studio Farm while designing and building Patriece’s Home. She then completed the Ghost Architectural Residency in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Her current work helps to extend Rural Studio’s assistance across the Southeast, providing equitable housing for communities that need it the most.
