McAlpine Tankersley Architecture Among Architectural Digest AD100
McAlpine Tankersley Architecture and McAlpine Booth & Ferrier Interiors have been selected to be among the AD100, Architectural Digest magazine’s biennial list of the top talents in architecture and interior design. The new list was announced at a gala event on Monday night, November 25, 2013 at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York hosted by Architectural Digest’s editor in chief Margaret Russell. McAlpine Tankersley Architecture was founded in Montgomery in 1983 and is the partnership of Alabama natives and Auburn graduates Bobby McAlpine (’81), Greg Tankersley (’85), John Sease (’92) and Chris Tippett (’92). McAlpine formed McAlpine Booth & Ferrier Interiors in 1997 with Ray Booth (’89) and Susan Ferrier as his partners. They have offices in Nashville, Atlanta and New York. Their extensive portfolios has been widely published. The McAlpine design umbrella also includes McAlpine Home furniture, which is available nationwide. McAlpine is the author of the best-selling and critically-acclaimed book from Rizzoli, The Home Within Us. His second book, also from Rizzoli, and co-authored with Ferrier, will be released in spring 2014.
