Industrial Design Welcomes Students from Shu-Te University
The Industrial Design program in the School of Industrial + Graphic design is hosting thirteen students from Shu-Te University in Taiwan as part of an ongoing international design education and cultural exchange program. The students will be in Auburn until October and are currently participating in the Summer Design Studio. They will take ESL courses in the fall and work with Prof. Tin Man Lau on the Groovystuff project (a furniture design competition). This group of students from Shu-Te worked with Auburn industrial design students in Taiwan earlier in the summer. Auburn’s Industrial Design program has partnered with Shu-Te University for ten years.
