GDES Student Wins Gold

Eddie Carmona, a senior in Graphic Design, has won a Gold Award in the 2016 Graphis New Talent Annual for “2016 XGames RallyCross,” a promotional video designed in Prof. Courtney Windham’s Kinetic Typography course last spring. His work will be published in the annual book coming out in April. This project, which includes a video piece and promotional print pieces, also won a University and College Designers Association Excellent Award in fall 2015.
