SUMMARY:Landscape Architecture Alumni Reunion
DESCRIPTION:The School of Architecture\, Planning and Landscape Architecture will host an alumni reunion for all landscape architecture graduates on the weekend of April 14–15. The reunion activities will include a lecture by Jack Williams\, Emeritus Professor of Landscape Architecture\, on Friday\, April 14\, 2017. \nWilliams\, who was Professor and Chair of the Landscape Architecture and Urban Design program in the College of Architecture Design and Construction from 1992–2008\, will present “Miniatures of Abnegation—The idea of the American Small Town in Literature\, Images and Places\,” at 3:30 pm in Dudley B6 Auditorium. Afterwards\, he will be signing his book\, Easy On\, Easy Off: The Urban Pathology of American Small Towns (University of Virginia Press\, 2016)\, which received the J.B.
