Duvall Decker is founding principal and owner of Duvall Decker Architects in Jackson\, MS.\, which specializes in public buildings\, state institutions\, school and university buildings\, affordable housing and planning. Her lecture\, “Public Work: Architecture as Instrument\,” is free and open to the public.
