‘Res Publica – Contextual Architecture as Public Affair’

 

As a participant in the 2019 fall lecture series, Professor Göritz will present ‘Res Publica – Contextual Architecture as Public Affair’ at 3:30, October 21 in B6, Dudley Hall.

Hansjörg Göritz, AKN, FL, BDA aoM, DWB, Intl Assoc AIA, AFAAR, is a German-American design and architecture practitioner. He has published, taught, lectured, critiqued and exhibited widely in numerous professional and academic arenas. Some of which include Mendrisio, Trondheim, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Zurich, Yale, Weimar, and Venice. Along with operating his Berlin studio Hansjörg Göritz is a professor at the University of Tennessee. He is also a recipient of numerous prestigious awards such as the international Brick ’10 award, and was recognized as Affiliated Fellow at the American Academy in Rome 2013.
