The McWhorter School of Building Science Industry Executive Board is a group of industry professionals committed to the discussion and review of issues facing construction education. The Executive Board advises educators regarding professional education programs. The objective of the Board is to advance the educational, service, and applied research opportunities of the School of Building Science.

The school’s Industry Advisory Council, established in 2018, provides another opportunity for BSCI alumni and supporters to become involved with the school. This is a regionally based group that has different but complementary objectives to the Industry Executive Board. These objectives focus on activities such as curriculum issues, mentoring, industry visits to Auburn and away from campus, outreach, and research.
