BSCI Alumni Named Finalists in 2025 Business Alabama Awards

Jim Gorrie ’84 and Billy Harbert ’88 are among finalists for CEO of the Year, an award recognizing outstanding leadership in Alabama’s business community. The Business Alabama Awards celebrate excellence across eight categories, highlighting the individuals and companies shaping the state’s economic landscape. Eight total Auburn alumni have been named finalists across all categories this year.

Gorrie was named President of Brasfield & Gorrie in 1995, became CEO in 2011 and transitioned to Chairman in 2024.

Harbert has served as Chairman and CEO of BL Harbert International since its founding in 2000.
