Architecture Alum opens Auburn University’s first Licensed Bakery

Carie Tindill, B.Arch 2005 and MIDC 2006, has opened Auburn University’s first licensed bakery—Cakeitecture Bakery. She brings her design and construction skills to creating bespoke cakes, cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes. She has partnered with Auburn’s Office of Trademark Management and Licensing to be able to use Auburn’s logos and trademarks, which means she can make cakes shaped like Aubie.
