Alexander Adolf is a Lecturer in the Auburn University McWhorter School of Building Science. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn and brings a broad and international perspective to the field of construction. His experience includes completing an apprenticeship with one of the largest painting firms in Germany and working in both Operations and Preconstruction for one of the largest general contractors in the United States. He also attended the University of Konstanz School of Law.

Beyond his technical expertise, Adolf is deeply committed to the people who make up the construction industry. His primary research interests focus on individual and organizational leadership, with a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures and empowering the next generation of construction professionals.
