Rebecca O’Neal Dagg

Rebecca O’Neal Dagg is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research at the College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University. She is Associate Professor of Architecture and Interior Architecture in the School of Architecture. From 2002-2007 she served as the Program Chair of the Interior Architecture [ARIA] program. In addition to teaching in the Architecture First Year Program, she teaches upper level studios and Interior Architecture Thesis. Her research is in the domain of architecture theory and representation. In the past, her support courses and seminars focus on issues in drawing and in architecture theory. In 2005, Rebecca received the American Institute of Architects National Teaching Honor Award, along with Professors Bruce Lindsey and Rusty Smith.
A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, O’Neal Dagg received her Master of Architecture I from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and her Bachelor of Interior Design at Auburn University School of Architecture. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and maintains a small design practice, DOA, in Auburn.
