Industrial Design Students Have A “War Eagle” Moment in Waterford, Ireland

Industrial Design Study Abroad students got their hands on the BCS trophyin Waterford, Ireland.

When second year industrial design students from the Department of Industrial + Graphic Design were visiting the Waterford Crystal factory in Waterford, Ireland as part of their 10-week study abroad program in spring semester, they got to see more than how Waterford Crystal was made. After their tour guide made the connection that they were from the BCS National Championship school, she took them to the area of the factory that stores the duplicate trophies (they always make two in case one is damaged) and handed them Auburn’s national championship trophy. Professor Shea Tillman captured this War Eagle moment.
