Architecture Lecture Series Welcomes William O’Brien Jr.

The School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture Spring 2014 Lecture series, “Renegades + Outlaws: Design Thinking at the Edge “continues on Monday, March 3, with a free, public lecture by William O’Brien Jr. titled “Primitives.” William O’Brien Jr. is Assistant Professor of Architecture at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning and is principal of the independent design practice, WOJR, in Cambridge, MA. He is the recipient of the 2012-2013 Rome Prize Fellowship in Architecture awarded by the American Academy in Rome. O’Brien’s lecture will be in B6 auditorium in Dudley Commons at 3:30 p.m. The APLA lecture series is supported by practicing architects, planners and landscape architects in the State of Alabama.
