 Opportunities for Giving

Everyone in the College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CADC) is extremely appreciative of private support.

Gifts from alumni and friends are more critical than ever in enriching our academic programs.  These monies allow us to provide additional educational opportunities for students and faculty and to ensure our continued successful inclusion in the national rankings of design and construction programs. No matter where you direct your donation, your gift will be used to make a lasting change for the Auburn family.  Your support could provide:
  • Aid to many of the College’s charitable organizations
  • Need-based and emergency scholarship programs
  • Minority scholarships and recruitment activities
  • Student field trips to view construction projects or design and architectural offices
  • Student and faculty travel for regional and national competitions and conferences
  • Support for student professional organization dues
  • Construction materials for student projects
  • Support for bringing outstanding lecturers to campus

The Auburn Scholarship Campaign

The Auburn Scholarship Campaign is dedicated to providing Auburn’s brightest students additional scholarship funds.  Earnings from the endowed scholarships are paired with current Spirit of Auburn and Academic Scholarships and the entire amount is awarded in the donor’s name.

Student Giving

This past year, the College of Architecture Design and Construction ranked third among all other Auburn colleges in student giving donations. Student gifts are a great way to give back to the CADC. Click here for a list of 2010 CADC student donors.

Young Alumni Giving

As a recent graduate of the College of Architecture Design and Construction, you have several unique opportunities to take your relationship with the College to a new level.  Because you were recently a student at the CADC, you have valuable insight into the different ways that the College could benefit from your gifts.

Planned and Deferred Giving

Planned and deferred gifts are the result of careful planning that integrates a donor’s charitable gift into his or her overall financial tax and estate planning objectives so as to maximize benefits for both the donor and the College of Architecture Design and Construction

Annual Giving

The Annual Fund’s yearly fundraising efforts secure the largest source of annual unrestricted funds designated to support the University’s colleges, schools, and programs.

Endowment Giving

Endowed giving is designed to provide a large and long-term base of constant support for the quality enhancement of the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction.

Join the Dean's Club

The Dean’s Club is a unique group of individuals who believe in the mission of the College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CADC). Dean’s Club membership is limited to people who are leaders in their profession and who are willing to provide guidance, advice and financial support to the CADC.

Join a Donor Society

It is an honor for Auburn to be able to recognize the generous support of our alumni and friends.  Membership in one of the three University wide recognition societies, or in the CADC's own Be BOLD Society, are all wonderful ways to make a big difference for the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction, and Auburn as a whole.
