School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture

The School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture offers an annual study abroad program open to Architecture and Interior Architecture students who meet academic qualifications and are enrolled in third year studio. Currently, the fifteen hours of course credit include ARCH-3020 Studio, ARCH-3700 Seminar and ARCH-3410 Dessein. The group normally consists of approximately 30 - 35 students and two faculty members. The program has recently been based in Rome, Italy and Istanbul, Turkey, although the venue is subject to change yearly based on faculty proposals.

McWhorter School of Building Science

Building Science study abroad offers opportunities for students to participate in a traveling classroom setting. The program has recently travelled to Europe and to China. Other locations are possible depending on the faculty proposals. Students are typically offered this opportunity during the summer term of the senior year and will receive course credit for BSCI-4990 and BSCI-4850.
