 LIBRARY OF ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION (LADC)

Auburn University Library of Architecture, Design, and Construction, LADC, located in Dudley Hall Commons adjacent to the Graves Ampitheatre at the end of Bibb Graves Drive, serves the research and study needs of students, faculty, and professionals in the fields of Architecture, Building Science, Community Planning, and Landscape Architecture.
 
The 40,000 volume collection complements but does not duplicate fine arts material held in the RBD Library and includes over 100 current periodicals. A collection of 80,000 slides including architecture, landscape architecture, decorative arts, visual arts, interior and industrial design is available for use by faculty and staff.
 
The slide collection is maintained and mangaed as instructional support for the faculty, staff, and students of the CADC. The Visual Resource Manager and Slide Curator is available for consultation and assistance.
 
The LADC Library reference collection contains specialized reference tools including encyclopedia, indexes, dictionaries, catalogs, and handbooks relevant to architecture and related disciplines
